Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LivingSquares platform ("Platform"), operated by LivingSquares Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

LivingSquares is an online real estate marketplace that connects property seekers with property owners, builders, and channel partners. The Platform also facilitates loan lead generation and connects users with lending partners. LivingSquares does not own, sell, or rent any property listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Listing Guidelines

Property listings must be accurate, genuine, and comply with applicable laws including RERA regulations. You must not list properties you do not own or are not authorised to list. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines or our moderation policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send unsolicited communications to other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated listings) is owned by the Company and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, property valuations, or loan eligibility calculations. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
